Season 1, episodes 3,4,5 and special unavailable for purchase?

Hi, I recently downloaded TWD season 1, "episode 1" form the Xbox marketplace and also bought "episode 2" and when I wanted to continue the story by buying the rest of the season I realized it's not available.
Could someone please explain why is it so, and when will it be available as the support from Xbox site told me I should ask you guys cause they can't tell.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you can do a search on the Xbox Marketplace for the episode names, 'Long Road Ahead', 'No Time Left', and 'Around Every Corner', and be able to purchase them through the Marketplace?

    I did a search on marketplace like you said. They are not available for my region. I talked to xbox costumer services.. They said:
    Upon further checking it here, the season 1 episode 3 is already out in the market however, the only region supported is in North America as the episode was first released by the game publisher in North America. As I have checked it here, the game is not yet available or released in Turkey region. You may verify the information through this support site for the episode 3, Tugac. The region on that website is in US. If you try to change the region there to Turkey, the game will disappear. However, You may confirm and ask for further assistance from Telltale Games, game publisher to check as to when they would release the copy of the episode for Turkey Region."

    My apologies. Unfortunately at this time, Episodes 3, 4, and 5 are unavailable digitally from the Xbox Marketplace in your region. In order to play the rest of the game, I recommend picking up a physical disc version of the game from a local, or online retailer, and all of the episodes + 400 Days DLC will be included on the disc, and will not need to be downloaded from the Marketplace.

    Thread: Unfair Not Reaching The Episodes

    Hi;

    I am from Turkey and i dowloaded Walking Dead: Episode 1-2 but i read that you removed episode 3-4-5 from digital market of our region so i can not continue the game. There is not physically dics either inTurkey too. So is it fair to do that? I gave Money for the game but i can not continue it? Do you have ant logic answer to this question?

    its ver unfair, so we bought the firs two episodes but we can not continue Theres no pyysical disc version either local or retailer. So we gave Money for nothing!
