Black Screen At Startup: TWD S1

in The Walking Dead - PC/Mac Support

When I downloaded The Walking Dead, I clicked the icon to play, and after a few seconds it loaded. after I quit, I clicked the icon again to try and update it. However when I did, the screen stayed black and never loaded. I running a Mac by the way and I uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times and encountered the same problem. If anyone has encountered the same problem and got it working, please let me know.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Command+F) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.
