Fail import save Season1 > Season 2

Hi,

I have the card WD season1 in my PS vita, I finished all the games (campaign + 400 days)
I bought the season 2, and my PS vita doesn't find the save file

I already do that way : https://www.telltalegames.com/support/discussion/67035/ps-vita-season-2-save-import-faq-please-read
It doesn't work...

My PS vita and the games are updated with last versions

    Can you please clarify if your Season One and Season Two copies are from the same region? (NA: North America vs. EU: Europe)

    Season One is boxed > I guess it's a NA version (all the text are in english on the package and there is a the "Mature +17" box
    Season Two > I ordered the season pass, and download from the PSstore with my PSvita
    I'm from France, If it's help :-)

    My sincerest apologies, unfortunately save games from different regions are incompatible with each other. I recommend either purchasing a digital NA version of Season Two, and you will be able to continue with your saves, purchasing an EU version of Season One and starting a new game save that will successfully transfer over to your copy of Season Two, or starting a new game in your copy of Season Two. I apologize for any difficulties this may cause you.
