TWD season 1 won't load.

in The Walking Dead - PC/Mac Support

Everytime I load the game (It has never been played/loaded before) It stays on the screen where all there is is The walking dead. I can't click anywhere. I am on Windows 8. I have tried reinstalling the game and renaming it but it still won't load.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool information, I can't seem to find any game saves in the proper locations. Can you please clarify if you ever altered, moved, or deleted any of the game files from the file directory? Also, if you are playing on Steam, did you play the game on another computer, and try using Steam Cloud to sync the games saves?
