PS VITA No Download for Season 2 Episode 5
I went onto both the playstation store and since I have purchased the season pass the "Episodes" section on the menu and it still claims episode 5 is coming soon.

Can you please clarify if you are located in the North America region or the European region? If you are located in the EU region, the episode will be available starting tomorrow. If you are located in the NA region, and the episode is not showing as available, please try restarting your Vita device, and reconnect to the internet, and start the game again. If you are still unable to download the episode, it may not yet be available on that platform. I would then recommend waiting an hour, and then try again.

I live in the EU region and i have season pass of TWDS2 and i can't find episode 5 to download. I did the same thing you post it here and it doesn't work. Even the game says coming soon. Has it been released?
I apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future. You can download the episode currently by opening the Playstation Store, and scrolling down to Games, then open the Games menu, and scroll all the way to the right until you see DLC. Open DLC, and the episode should be available to download from the list.
The menu choices you have described do not match the layout of the PlayStation store on the vita, are you referring to the PlayStation store on the ps3? If so how can you get the episode on a stand alone vita unit?
It's definitely missing from the European PSN, not just the vita store interface itself... if you search for it through the web store, you can see that only the PS3 version is available: https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-gb/search/q=no%20going%20back
The game got an update for releasing ep 5. Downloading right now the last episode. No problem about the issue. I'm a patient person.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We believe to have resolved the issue, and you should now be able to download Episode 5 for the PS Vita in the EU Region. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this has caused you.
No worries, thanks for chasing it up. its still not showing individually on the psn store search, but i can confirm that we can now get to it from within the season two game by accessing it from the episode list; i've just installed it this way myself.
