Walking Dead: Season Two Black Screen when connecting to servers

We are currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future.

The issue is related to being online, and connected to the internet.

If you wish to play the game right now, you will be able to go offline, and you will not experience the issue.

Please note that we are currently working on a resolution for the issue, and it will be resolved before Episode 5 releases tomorrow.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We believe to have resolved the issue, and you should now be able to connect successfully. Please restart your Xbox, and make sure you are connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile when starting the game.
