Season 2 Season Pass trouble (Xbox 360)

I just purchase the season 2 season pass for xbox 360 and i am unable to get access to episodes 2-5. I DO own the first episode.
This is very strange, i would love some feedback on this!

@drummerJR Please note that Episode 5 will be releasing for the Xbox 360 tomorrow, Wednesday, August 27th.

@Shots If you have purchased the Season Pass, and you already own Episode 1 (The Full Game) you should be able to start The Walking Dead: Season Two, and be able to download Episodes 2-5 from within the game.

My apologies, if you purchased both Episode 1, and the Season Pass, you should be able to download Episodes 2-4. (Episode 5 will be releasing tomorrow for the Xbox 360) If you are still experiencing issues, can you please clarify if you downloaded the Full Game version from the Marketplace, or the Trial version by mistake?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I would then recommend contacting Microsoft Support, and make sure your purchase of the Season Pass went through successfully, as there may be an issue with it not being properly associated with your Xbox Live profile after purchasing.

  • Actually, Xbox support directed me here... and i asked them if the purchase was on my account and they said indeed it was.
    Any other tips?

Can you please clarify if you have started The Walking Dead while connected to the internet and downloaded the latest Title Update available for the game?

  • I did everything whilst connected to the internet. Not sure if i had to update the game, however.

Please try Clearing your System's Cache and then start the game while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile, and you should be prompted to download the latest Title Update. After downloading this update, Episodes 2-5 should become available to download from within the game.

You should be able to go to the Episodes Menu in-game, and each episode should say Download next to it from inside that menu.

  • I guess the issue is resolved lol... There's so many seasons, episodes, chapter titles for things that it gets confusing. It's a separate game from the first one. Thank you.
