Save File Not Being Read After Fix (Xbox 360)
Today when I my 360 froze and I got the black screen I set about fixing it, not knowing if it was on my end or the developers. I deleted my game and re-downloaded it (not my save game and profile) to see if that would fix the issue. It didn't. I then deleted the episodes 2, 3, and 4 (still not deleting my save and profile) and it still did nothing. I went online and found out a lot of people were also having the problem, so I waited. Latter, after the fix, I got on and I found that my save won't loud, it's not even an option. I now have to replay the entire game from 1 - 4, even though I never deleted my save and profile. Hell I even uploaded it to the cloud before I deleted anything so this wouldn't happen. Is there a way I could just make the all the decisions so I don't have to replay all the hours of gameplay again, or am I just screwed?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try Clearing your System's Cache then restart the game while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile and download the latest Title Update available for the game. Then start the game, and see if you are then able to access your save files.
I tried that and it still will not load. Is there something else I could do?

Yes, I can. It's clearly there and I also have a backup in the cloud.
Please try clearing your cache one more time, and this time, do not download the latest Title Update, and see if you are then able to see your save files successfully. Unfortunately if you cannot, your save files may have become corrupted, and I would then recommend that you delete your save files, and start a new game in Season Two. I apologize for any difficulties this may cause you.
I had to delete my file. Is there any sort of compensation you can give me for my trouble? This whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. If not, thank you for your time.
