Rewind/ Save File Help. *Fixed

So I'm going to try my best to explain what's going on here. I finished episode 5 today and I wanted to go back and change a choice I made, so I clicked on "rewind" and it asks me to choose a save file, the screen then goes onto "Save file 3", this files is empty, I don't even have a save file 2, I've only got one save for TWD S2. Since I can't do anything else, I forced the game down, I then booted the game back up and clicked on Save files, I get a blank screen where the save files should be appearing, I can see what looks like an edge of a picture on the right side of the screen, once again the game freezes and I cant do anything. I've tried booting up the game without steam cloud but nothing changes. Anyone have any idea what's going on here and how I can get rewind to work or my save file to appear? I hope you understand what I'm talking about haha.
Edit: I recorded what I was talking about.

@Berty213 I apologize for the inconvenience. We have received a few reports from players that are experiencing this issue. We are currently looking into the issue. In the mean time, if you wish to play the game, I recommend deleting one of the save slots from your game's file directory, and see if you are then able to access your saves successfully. To do this, please go to the following file directory:

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two\

Then delete all of the files associated with a save slot. (ex: files with saveslot2, saveslot3, or saveslot4 in the name) Then restart the game, and see if you are able to access your saves from save slot 1.

@mollyg Please try following the instructions in my reply below, and see if you are then able to access your save files.

Unfortunately if you are still unable to access your saves, your save files may have become corrupted. This can occur if the game were ever closed/exited during an autosave or loading sequence. If this is the case, you will need to delete your save files from the file directory, and start a new game.

Thank you for providing the extra information. We are currently still looking into the issue, and unfortunately at this time, suggest only using one save slot. (If you choose to rewind, please overwrite Save Slot 1.
