Issue getting save files from old computer (MAC)

in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - PC/Mac Support

I completed Season 1 through steam in the past and I bought Season 2 through the Telltale website which, as far as I know, is just an app and isn't connected through Steam. I got a new Macbook and transferred my applications from my old computer to the new one, and I opened the game and none of my save files are there. Is there some kind of folder that I can copy/paste my save file information from my old computer to my new computer? As of now my new computer thinks I have not even touched the game even though I am anxiously awaiting to play episode 5. :(

    Please copy the /The Walking Dead Season Two/ folder from the following file directory on your old Mac:

    ~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/

    Then paste that folder in the same spot on your new computer's file directory, and your save files should be successfully transferred to your new computer.

    (Your Library folder is sometimes hidden, to make it visible, please open a Finder window, and at the top of the screen, click Go and hold down the Option key. The Library will now become available in the drop down menu. Click that and follow the above file path, and follow the instructions above.)
