No Going Back Xbox Release Times?

I've been waiting all night for the release of this episode and now I'm seeing people downloading and playing it on Xbox right now, this is very frustrating, as is the lack of information about this, so can anyone tell me what time I can expect to be able to download this? I live in the UK and it is now 9:30am.

    I live in the UK and it's just let me download it. I've been refreshing it for the past 30 minutes.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have not yet tried again, please restart the game now while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile, and you should be able to download the episode successfully.
