I apologize for the inconvenience. The Episode may not have been made available by Sony at that point. If you have not yet tried again, please restart the game now while connected to the internet, and you should be able to download the episode successfully.
You can also try deleting and re-downloading the game and unlock key from the Playstation Store, and start the game while connected to the internet, and see if you then see Episode 5 as available to download.
If you cannot find the episode on the Store, please also try the workaround on This Thread and see if you are able to successfully able to download the episode that way.

I connected to the internet tried everything but still it remains "coming soon" please help
