8:30 am UK time and Episode 5 is still 'coming soon'.
My Playstation is connected to the internet and I've twice downloaded the episode through the PSN- no joy.

I've having the same problem except I can't see the game in the the PSN store either. I've had no problems on any episode throughout the story so far, just this one.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try the workaround on This Thread and see if you are able to successfully able to download the episode that way.
