Teabag stuck on Felicity`s.. er... uhm

I got the teabag down from the squirrel but I cant convince Felicity to lean over so I can snatch the teabag from her. Any hints? TIA!

    She does love purple pansies...perhaps you can find some from another source.

    Go around and chat to people. And keep your eyes out...

    look up high in the town square, see any flowers anywhere?
