HELP - Touch and Drag issue

I purchased season 2 episode 1 today, but I can't seem to move Clementine at all. In the initial bathroom scene, I could not touch and drag for her to move, I can only select the pre-defined stalls to make her move. Also after I take the lighter out of the backpack, I once again can't seem to move her. Anyone else having this issue? I played all of season one without any issue, so this is really frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

  • I have this problem, also. I played last night and it worked fine. Today I can't move Clementine. Have closed all other apps, rebooted ipad. I started a new file on my iPhone 5c and had the same problem.

  • I did the same in regards to closing all other apps and restarting iPad. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still not working. When I touch and drag it moves the screen around a little but for the life of me can't get her to move anywhere. Can a support person advise what we should try to rectify the issue?

  • Exact same problem here, running on an iPad mini. Might be a bug or something.

  • Wow, I thought no-one else had this problem :p I downloaded it onto my iPod 5, iPad 4 and on my brothers iPad air and all of them were exactly the same. I am totally unable to play with this annoying problem... I got the game yesterday and clementine hasn't moved at all. Ive rebooted the app and the iPad, closed all other apps. updated my iPad, iPod and iPad air to the latest IOS, re-downloaded the game but Clemmy refuses to move an inch... All i can do is adjust my view very slightly. I hope it's just a bug that they will fix soon....

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully move Clementine by sliding and dragging your finger, and continue the episode.

  • It's been more than a couple of days now without any official response (not an effective one anyway). I have already rated the game in App Store with 1/5. I suggest all players affected to do the same until this issue gets adressed properly.
    There are many of us who have paid a fair amount for this!

    I apologize for the delayed response. We believe to have resolved the issue of not being able to move Clementine. Please fully close the game application. Then restart it while connected to a WiFi network connection, and you should receive the necessary update in the background while the app is loading, in order to resolve this particular issue.
