Clem won't move

In episode 1, right after Clem digs through backpack, I can't get her to move. No ammount of swiping will do anything. Help

    I'm having this problem as well and it's really annoying!!! I really want to play season 2 but whatever I do, she will not move!!! Should I just start a new game or can you guys fix this???

    I'm also having the exact same problem with my I phone 5s
    It's annoying because I just bought the game and can't play it.
    I hope u get a solution fast.

    Same here. Stuck by the fire and can't move. Totally unplayable.

    guys I had the exact same issue, just go to wifi settings and forget your current wifi and then join it again (by re-entering the password etc..) and it should work
