Support mailed me today but could not really help very much. They just told me that it could take up to 6 weeks and that my delivery was shipped on Nov. 10th so I should wait until Dec. 22nd. Is there no tracking possibility in the US? This way I would know if the shipment has gone lost. As far as I remember it never took so long and I have already received some DVDs from you.
Delivery still has not arrived. It seems as if I found out why. Because of the new site design my delivery adress was not complete anymore which I did not realize. I immediately contacted "support" telling them and asking if I have to order (and pay) again. No reply. A few days later I tried again - no reply. Today (Dec 22nd) I sent another mail AND opened a new ticket ... waiting. Really guys if this is what you call support you can fire those guys. I am really angry now and it does not help that the support guy the one time he really answered apologized for the "late reply". I just want to know what happened with my order and if I have to pay again! Sorry for those harsh words but this is the way I feel right now.

I pre-ordered the game, and was supposed to receive the DVD as part of my payment. I've received nothing as of yet. I sent an email to customer service, and their reply was an offer for me to buy the DVD. Clearly, they did not read my email. I am not asking for anything other than what I have already paid for, which is confirmed in my account receipts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please make sure that you have gone to the game's page, and clicked on the Order Now button next to the Collectors Edition DVD image as @Ozz… moreyUK stated above, and the game should automatically be added to your Cart. If it does not automatically added, please try using a different web browser, and it should successfully add to your Cart.
You need to pay a small postage fee to receive your collectors DVD, visit The Walking Dead website and click the "buy now" button and it will scroll you to the correct place and you should see another button that says "order now".

Well, that's correct information. However, they are only offering a PC DVD, and I bought the game in a Mac format. Which harkens back to my not knowing they weren't offering it for iOS in the beginning, which was what I originally pre-ordered it for. Then they told me it was to late for a refund (never mind the fact that the length of waiting time was on them to release the game).
I really like these games, but I really dislike this company. It's not like I'm asking for the crown jewels here, just a little reasonable customer service, or information which would help me understand exactly what they are and are not selling. None of this information was offered before the fact. I am NOT happy.

I can see on my local Amazon store in France, that it contains French interface and french subtitles. I don't see it on my collector DVD. What do you suggest to me to get it in French?
If you have purchased the Collector's DVD, during the installation process, you should be prompted the option to install the game with French menu and subtitles, then the game will be installed in that language. If you already installed the game in English, you can uninstall the game, then load the disc again, and install the game using the disc, and during the install process you should have the option to install it in French.

I got mine delivered but it doesn't register in the DVD drive and my DL version won't launch to install.
