Game Stuck on "Updating Content" on Title Screen -- Help!

We own the season pass for Season 2, and after downloading the fifth installment on the 28th, when we tried to play the game on the 29th, after hitting "Play" on the title screen, the updating content words with the spinning bar appear, and the game has not moved past this stage. We still have access to the Xbox menu. In the main menu of the game, our choices are locked, and when we go to the downloaded content menu, it states that all the installments are installed.

To try to fix this, we have tried different things. We first waited for >30 minutes for the content to load, but to no avail. Also, I have deleted and reinstalled the game, but the same error persists. Multiple restarts of the 360 have also not done anything. Please help!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you can see your saves successfully if you start the game while disconnected from the internet?

  • Thank you for your response. After starting up the game and getting it to the "Content Loading" screen, and logging out, and logging back in, it worked. I just logged out, waited for the menu screen to come back up, then logged back in. I tried this twice, and it worked. It, however, didn't save my choices. I didn't care though, and played it anyway.

    To answer your question, no, I couldn't. It wouldn't let me see any of that. Thank you anyways!
