Twd coming soon problem
I can't download any episode from the IAP in the game the episode 5 was recently released but the game says coming soon and not just season 5 it says coming soon for all episodes even episode 2 what should I do I have buy the multipack from telltale and now all episode are coming soon what can I do ?

Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to see Episodes 2-5 as available to download. If you are still unable to see the episodes as downloadable, can you please clarify what iOS device you are on, and what iOS Version you are currently running.

I had recently made a transaction on the bulk purchase (Episode 2- 5) with my iOS device (iPod 5th Gen, iOS 7.1.2). However, I am not able to download the game contents and it stated "unable to download at this time, please try again alter. Accept."
FYI, i had tried your methods of switching off the device and closed all the application just to increase the device performance. Regardless, the problem persist. Please kindly advice on my situation.

I followed your suggestions because episode 5 said coming soon. I tried to restore, I deleted the app, turned off device, restarted device and re downloaded game. Now it says episode 2-5 coming soon. What can I do to get all my episodes? It states that multi-pack is purchased. Do I have to replay episode 1 again? I am very disappointed that I have paid for this, followed your suggestions to fix and nothing. What can we do to get this fixed?
My apologies, if one or all of your episodes say Coming Soon, please make sure you are connected to a WiFi network, and open the application, then go to the Episodes menu, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This should restore your previously purchased content. If you are still unable to restore your purchase, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase multipack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK, and your previously purchased content will restore to your device.
I did try to purchase the episodes agai, but it says they are owned on the episodes page and won't let me repurchase them. Do I have to re-play episode 1 in order to have that come up?
I deleted game again, red downloaded it and was able to play episode 1. I bought multipack, said I already had and loaded again. But episodes 2- 5 still say coming soon. What now?
Do you have phone support? If so what is the number?
My apologies, unfortunately we do not have a support phone line. If the Episodes are still showing as coming soon, I recommend try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if that connection allows the app game data to update properly with the episodes to show as available.
If you still experience issues, can you please clarify the iOS device you are currently using, and the iOS version currently running on your device? (iOS6, iOS7, or iOS8?)
I am using an IPad air, using IOS 8.0.2
My apologies, unfortunately I am out of potential solutions to resolve your issue. I recommend deleting and re-downloading the game application one more time from your iOS device, and this time after it has fully downloaded and installed to your device, please turn your device off for at least 5-10 minutes before attempting to open the game application. This will allow the device's cache to clear. Then turn the device back on, and make sure all other applications are closed in the background, then start the game application, and see if you are able to download Episodes 2-5 successfully.
I am having the same problem with all the games I purchased, please develop a patch to fix these problems tanks 10/1/2014. Please delieve good service, I don't have this problem playing free to play MMORPGs. A speedy reponse would be in order. thanks
I found a friend that let me on their wifi, I got the episodes to download. Also found today the the Internet provider we have has been having trouble. Thanks for your help, foing to play now!

I'm having a problem with Episode 1, Im redownloading them like about 3 times over and turning off my computer I am on a PC laptop - compaq
Also when are you going to do more back to the future episodes? would really like to see more Episodes done in 2017. Griff breaks out of jail and plots on killing off the Mc Fly dauther of Marty Mc fly
