Episode 5, White Screen and Crash

Hi, I started Episode 5 and everything was going fine until I got to the part just after Clem and Jane walk back to everyone and gather around Rebbeca's corpse. As the camera pans up to the group and Rebbeca's head is in the screen, it goes white, but the audio continues. When I try to escape it, it crashes and closes.

I downloaded the support tool and ran it.

Here is the file I was given. Thanks for any help. Love the game and would like to finish it.
