I've tried everything :(

I became a fan of the game in Season 1 and had no issues. Waited patiently for Season 2 and the episodes. After episode 2 the app just quit on me. When episode 3 came out I was so excited because these episodes take an eternity and the wait requires a lot of patience. Much to my disappointment the episode would not work and said it wasn't paid for. I had to delete the app losing all of my "choices" and trying to restore my purchases. After doing that I have to wait for the download for episode 3 each time HOPING this time will be different and I can play!!! To no avail... I'm mentally exhausted by this app and can't do the delete and hope anymore. So sad because I loved it! Oh well. Goodbye walking dead game :(((

  • Also it says when I tried to download it that "the item I'm trying to purchase is no longer available". Can I please get a refund from the multipack purchase? I have no more patience.

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to play the game successfully.

    If you are experiencing any issues restoring your previous in-game purchase, please go to the Episodes Menu, and tap the 'Restore Purchases' button, and your previous purchase should then restore to your device. (Please make sure you are logged into the same account that you originally purchased it with.)

    If you are still experiencing any issues after trying my above suggestions, can you please calrify the iOS device you are currently using, and the iOS version you are currently running?
