The walking dead (fail code 51)

Hello
i need help everytime i start op the walking dead
it says (fail code 51)
i have tried it on my windows 8 pc and also my windows 7 pc
but on both it says (fail code 51)
what can i do to fix this ?

    i already did
    i dont have airfoil on my pc searched for it everywhere
    so thats not the proplem well my walking dead season 2 works but season 1 dosent :/

    deactivating deep guard solved it for me. thx for pointing us to this link (even another steam-game is running now)
