Problems Installing

I recently purchased TWAU through the Game Stop app. When I try to install the game, I eventually get an error that states "Key not valid for use in specified state." I have re-downloaded the game file three times, with the same result each time. I sent an email to support two days ago and received a help ticket number, but no response to date. So, I thought I would ask the same question here just in case this is a better medium. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Please note that they have received an above average amount of emails after the release of Episode 5 of The Walking Dead, and are working hard to answer every one, in the order they are received. You should be hearing back from them in the near future.
