Unlocking Games
Just bought the Tales of MI set but can't seem to activate it. It asks for my login credentials but it says wrong password or user name, which is not correct as I am logged into the site with the same user and password

I apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like there may be an issue with your account. Please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and make sure to include the email address associated with your Telltale account, your account Username, and the Order ID number that you received at the time of purchase, and they will be able to assist you further with your particular issue.
