Keeps crashing on iTouch 4th Gen
Played Season 1 without issues on iTouch 4. I bought Season 2 and the app keeps crashing every time I try to play if for the first time. It will load, go through the open sequences, then I select "Start Episode 1" and it will ask to Import Season 1 Save, which it finds the save file, it goes to the next screen to select "Game number from the save file" or if I select "Play without Save" it will crash back to the home screen.
I've removed and reinstalled the Season 2 app. Also reset the device, but the same things happens each time.

I have the same problem; I had no issues whatsoever with Season 1. Had they letten me know it was practically impossible to play Season 2 on iTouch 4th gen, I would not have used $5.00 on the app. I hope they fix this issue soon; I'm really looking forward to playing it. I've avoided everything; trailers, walkthroughs, cutscenes...
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the listing of iPod support in the compatibility section for the Walking Dead: Season 2 app is incorrect. The description section has an accurate list of supported hardware. We are not able to update this section on the store. We encourage you to either ask Apple for a refund or, if you have the option, to play on a supported device. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Well that... Sucks. This means in order to play Season 2, I have to re-purchase all 5 episodes of season 1 + 400 days on console, in order to fully enjoy the experience, because without them, I'll be stuck with default results in season 2.
This really let me down. Damn. Can you at least tell me how I can ask Apple for a refund?
You can contact/email Apple Support, and they should be able to assist you further with any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests for purchases made on the Apple App Store.
That does suck, since season 1 worked just fine and I'm disappointed that the same style of games does not work on the current devices.
