Episode 5 Missing Textures

I have an issue with Episode 5. I played all previous episodes without any Problems, but as soon as I start only Episode 5, Lots of Areas are just black, black Background, black floor, black eyes...

Have the latest Driver for my Geforce GTX 460, never had an issue before with graphics. Tried uninstall and reinstall, restart PC but nothing works. Also running the game as Administrator. No compatibility mode, but when I try to Play it with Windows 98/ME mode, suddenly it works, but it doesnt recognize my save games anymore. In normal mode all episodes run perfectly fine, only the fifth with this texture glitch. Any ideas / Solutions???

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.

    I have this same problem posted by Sadonicus, But mine is from the very start of the game and it is Just the people who are in "Silhouette". Only detail i can see on their black shadow bodies is what they are wearing and their eyes. Aside that they are just silhouette. Really want to play this .

    Also i have tried everything TelltaleMike said above with no luck. (My video card drivers are also up-to-date)
