Hopefully, I just hope that the D-Rex isn't the "main" thing and it's just an excuse to make the other dinos to cause chaos, I don't like this whole "hybrid" idea. After All, I miss this dude being the super-predator
I don't think the T-Rex is tamed, that's probably why she looks so frightened while the cage opens: Because it could easily backfire.
Tre… morevorrow also mentioned that the Raptors aren't tamed. They have a love/hate relationship, and I can see the Raptors turning on the humans after the D-Rex is killed.
I would say it depends. I'm pretty sure they already have some plans, but only if the movie is received positivley (which it will probably be) and brings in a lot of money (which it will probably do).

So how do you think Jurassic World is gonna turn out? Personally I don't like that it seems too futuristic, the whole Hybrid thing, tamed ra… moreptors, No Main characters from the original returning (Even though their isn't really a reason for them to), Probably No T-Rex once again, and suddenly people think the park is a good idea and out of no where it has been said to have been built in 2005 plus none of the original main characters come out against it but despite the negatives from me I think that it will probably be an entertaining movie and I'll walk out of the theater pleased and feeling like it was better than the 3rd but What Do You Guys Think?
Have you guys heard about the Spinosaurus News? There's been some breakthroughs about it within the past few months, Here's a link to one we… morebsite that sums some of the news up but you can look up some others for more detail + info. http://www.science20.com/news_articles/spinosaurus_the_first_semiaquatic_dinosaur-144684
Yes. I believe so too. On Instagram pics were posted.
After those, there will probably be raptors with the names Blue, Green and Charlie (?? ).
Also, there are currently leaked trailer videos and a brand new Lego pic on Instagram so check them out fast before they get deleted again (weirdly, the trailer vids have been up for a week already).
The first one was 60% Animatronic and 40% CGI I believe the second one was the same but in the third that was mostly CGI with only a little animatronic so that's why the effects really sucked and looked unrealistic compared to the first two. There was always CGI but it was mostly Animatronics in comparison except for the third.
lol the T-Rex animatronic was ugly? What movie did you watch? Also, they mostly used animatronics in the first two, only CGI for full body shots (like the Rex flipping the car) and scenes that would have been impossible for a animatronic to manage.
And the CGI is also really, really good, some of the best to this day.
Well, it certainly sounds futuristic, but let's be honest, the franchise needs something fresh, not just the usual 'OMG we're stranded on a island with dinosaurs holy shiiiet!', but also a new aspect on the genetics.
Also, the idea with a park up and running is a childhood dream of mine come true.
I was thinking that way at first but InGen (Or Marsani or whatever company) would Probably do something like that with the Hybrid and if it's a success, hopefully we could get at least 1 more well written film with the Dinos and Plot we've wanted which probably wouldn't have any Hybrids in it, I liked TLW and JP3 but others hate on them and I can see why but I think they're too harsh on them.

In my opinion, they should have made dinos design radically different – «We learned more in past decade about dinos than century of digging bones».
1st movie loves to brag how it have changed the public view on dinos, portrayed them as fast and agile. Now it's the right time to reintroduce dinos to the public. Make them realy stand out.

InGen starts to resemble Wayland-Yutani too much. Next thing we know - they've made this D-Rex for military purpose and have a storage of human-dino hybrids in a basement.
I think the 3rd movie's ok (straightforward ride). The 2nd one is too long and too messy - too much different stuff happens.

That's almost exactly what JP4 was going to be if Colin Tremnov and some others didn't give the script that became Jurassic World so I'm glad we're not getting a piece of Shit like what JP4 was originally going to be with crap like this in it..... (Human Dino Hybrids)
(This Concept Art isn't official but original scripts were said to have been ridiculous, I have read some and trust me, They are as good as the worst JP sequel you could think of)

The D. Rex - Diabolus Rex, isn't a human-dinosaur hybrid. It's a T. Rex, Raptor, Cuttlefish, and Snake hybrid. Power and size of a T. Rex, intelligence and stealth of Raptor along with those talon claws, cuttlefish camouflage ability, and I'm not sure what the snake DNA is for, but possibly its venom.
And the D. Rex was created to bring more visitors to the park. There is also suspicion on it being created for military purposes, as cuttlefish camouflage isn't exactly a good thing for people to see.
And actually, funny you mention Weyland-Yutani. InGen was bought by a company, Masrani -site here(http://www.masraniglobal.com)-which holds corporate power in genetics, communications, energy, and several other sectors.

If there's going to be a 5th one, I think it should be on Sorna instead of Nublar (But there are other possibilities)
Rereading this post, there is 2 characters from the original coming back, Henry Wu and supposedly Rexy.
True but I said main characters and Rexy is confirmed?? Kewl.
Not another lame dino park.
But...but...butt...
It has dinosaurs...?
Also, this is too cute (Fanart but still)
Trilogy Review, He's harsh on the 3rd but it's kind of funny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFNiS8-rUU0

Well, JPIII got one thing right, they swim and hunt fish.
Wow. The third movie isn't that good, but it doesn't deserve to be ripped apart like that :0
Still, it was kinda funny xP
Yeah xD
Bump. And Happy Holidays from Colin Trevorrow (This was posted on his twitter)
I saw this. I am 100% certain that raptor's name is Blue, and she is the one who was the closest to Owen on the motorcycle.

The new Lego design. Looks real enough! This is it, guys. We've almost made it :,)
(pic does not work)
I've seen that (Looks Cool)
I find this gem on the IMDb forums.
Is Frozen Better Than Jurassic Park?
That T. Rex is JP:TG's if you were wondering.
I've seen that before xD
Updated Jurassic World Website - New Dinos
Thread updated aswell
But the 1st one was CGI, except for few stiff god-awful-ugly animatronics.
Actually, the majority of the dinosaurs were animatronic. And you cannot say that T. Rex animatronic didn't look real.

Aquatic reptiles are NOT dinosaurs

I think it would be the 2nd Prometeus – huge fail and disappointment.
Really turned off with dated dinos design and killer-hybrid plot.

I like the reconstructions in which it portrayed on four legs
But swimming spino's cool too.
Yeah, I find this whole discovery fascinating and i'm hoping it will be researched more in the future.
Aw , So they didn't sound like Tortoise Sex? (Yes, That's the noise which was used for the Velociraptor Sounds)

Yeah i know that they're not considered dinousaurs, but i call them like that to simplify things

Let's kick off the year with some cool news: the Kellogs fruit snacks with JW theme are here! Featured are Rexie and Owen's raptor pack!
So, if you live in the USA, pick these up ASAP, and if you don't (like me) then be sure to import some for future generations aswell ^^
