how do I open the gift?

My son bought me S&M Season 2 as a gift a while ago. I want to download it. I have the key code, but don't know what I'm supposed to do with it. I looked all over the site, read the entries in the forum, looked at the FAQs and tried a bunch of stuff that I thought would work, but it hasn't. :eek: So... now what do I do? Loved W&G, by the way, can't wait for the next episode!!!:)
