The game crush when I bought episode 2-5 400 days bundle !

Hi I was playing the walking dead episode 1 on my mini iPad 2 and everything was fine when I finished the episode 1 I bought episode 2-5 with 400 days bundle so when the purchase was successful the game crush and I tried to open the game it's not working so I close all the app and still crushing then I delete the game and installed again and I have the same problem , so please can anyone just help for this problem and I paid 19.99 for crushing game :(

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully play the game.

    I followed all your steps and the game still crash every time I open it , I have IPad Air I installed it on it and I can't see my purchases in the game and every time I try to restore my purchases I get a notification for 19.99$ payment I called the bank and they confirmed the 19.99$ transaction !!

    If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread, you should be able to follow the path to purchase the Multi-Pack again, and as long as you are logged into your Apple account that you originally purchased the game with, you should be able to hit the 'Buy' button, and it will then alert you that you have already purchased this item, and allow you to download the game again for free.
