Email trouble!!! Help me!!!

Please help me!!!
I bought SBCG4AP episode 5: 8 bit is enough, and I never got and I logged on so the game would unlock. Then, it says that I am logged in but the game is not linked to my account! So then I go to my email to get the serial number
but I didnt get an email. I refreshed the page a few times, nothing. Shutdown and restarted my computer, nothing. I have no way of emailing the support thingy, because my only email address is on Yahoo!!! I have no way of unlocking the game!!! Please help me!!! Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    You should have received an email confirmation after placing the order. If that didn't happen, maybe you mistyped your email address while placing the order, or maybe the order didn't go through.

    Could you please send me a private message that includes your first and last name, and when you placed the order, so I can locate it? Thanks!

    I'm not sure what you mean by this...? You should be able to email us at support@telltalegames.com no matter who your email provider is. :)
