Tap the hand

I was wondering if any of you also had this problem (or knows a way how to do it).

I'm totally stuck at the part where Clem needs to turn the keys in the car. I know you are supposed to tap the hand, hold your finger and drag it in the direction of the arrow. The only problem is that I don't get an arrow. When I tap the hand she just reaches for the keys and leaves it.

Is there anyone who had the same problem?

    My apologies. Please make sure you are holding your finger on the hand icon the second it shows up, and are never moving your finger from the screen, and once Clementine reaches for the keys, the arrow will show up, and you will be able to then slide your finger in the direction of the arrow, and complete the Quick-Time Event successfully. (If you ever tap your finger on the screen and lift your finger off, the quick-time event will reset.)
