TWD for android season 1 E4 wont load

I paid for the season pass and download E2-6 and I can't get passed the flash back part and I have tried many times please help

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try force closing all applications running in the background, as well as The Walking Dead, and turn your device off for 5-10 minutes to allow the devices cache to clear. Then turn the device back on, and start the game application, and continue the episode again, and you should be able to successfully continue playing the episode.

    If you are still experiencing the issue, can you please clarify the device you are currently using, and what Android OS you are currently using?

  • It didn't work it got to the end of the flash back and I'm using a Sony Xperia and the normal android OS

    Can you please clarify if you reach a black/blank screen, or the app crashes back to your home screen?

    My apologies, below are a few more potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.

    3) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    4) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store

    Yes, step 4 of my above suggestions will delete any save games you have, but you will not need to re-purchase the game. You can re-download the game app, and it should register your previous purchases, if you choose to try deleting and re-downloading the game.
