The Walking Dead: temporada 1 in spanish, without subtitles in spanish

Hi! I have the game TWD: Season 1 in Spanish. Once installed I can play it in Spanish, but when I turn off the computer, turn it on and go back to playing the game language becomes English. I do not know if my problem or the game, but I would love play it in my language, because it is an incredible game.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what platform you are playing the game on? (PC/Mac/PS3/Xbox/iOS/Android?)     My apologies, after looking over your support tool information, there doesn't seem to be a proper file directory set up. Can you please clarify if you purchased the game directly through the Telltalegames.com store, or by purchasing a redemption code through a third-party site such as Amazon or Green Man Gaming?

    It was a gift from my friends, the game was bought at any game store. On the cover of the game is written that the game is subtitled in Spanish.

    Can you please clarify if your computer's language is currently set to Spanish? Also, when you installed the game, was the computer set to Spanish language? The game should install to whatever language your computer is set to during the install. If it is in English, can you please clarify if reinstalling the game, allows you to play in Spanish successfully?
