TWD Season 2 disappeared from the German Amazon App Store
Hi,
I purchased TWD Season 1&2 on my Kindle Fire through the German Amazon App Store.
After a factory reset of my device I wanted to re-download the second season, but it was not to be found, neither in my cloud nor through the official Amazon App Store.
Researching this rather strange phenomenon I found out that others in Germany had the same issue. Contacting Amazon did not yield any results, I was just told to talk to Telltale.
Since I paid a lot of money for the game I would love to continue playing it.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are unable to find the game on the App Store, or are you unable to locate your previous purchase history of the game and re-download the episodes?

I was not able to find the game on the German Amazon App Store. Therefore I am unable to locate it in my purchase history.
Same here. TWD S2 is not available on the German Amazon App Store (amazon.de) anymore. :-(
Any news on this subject? Telltale support, please help!
I have passed the extra information along to the team to look further into the issue. At this time, I do not have an update.

My apologies for the delayed response. If you are still unable to find Walking Dead: Season Two in the German Amazon App Store, please contact Amazon Support directly for further assistance regarding this particular issue, and they will be able to assist you further.
As I posted somewhere else before, the Amazon Team told me that the game was withdrawn from the German App Store by Telltale...
So they said they couldn't help me as they didn't remove the game but obviously you did, according to Amazon.
Can you please check what's the matter here?
My sincerest apologies, it appears that we made the game available to purchase in your region, but unfortunately due to restrictions in your country's App Store the game is not currently available to purchase/download in your specific region. You can contact Amazon Support directly for more information regarding the reasoning behind the restrictions.
I honestly don't care fo the reasons behind this issue, I just want the game to be available. As pointed out I already contacted Amazon twice and tried to find a solution here multiple times.
As I'm the customer, I don't feel like I should do any further research and look for an explenation, this should be your job.
So the German Kindle customers have bad luck and will just not get the game.

My apologies for the delayed response. We have recently spoke with Amazon directly, and Season Two should now be searchable in the Amazon App Store, and you should be able to now download Season Two on your Kindle device.

You should be able to find it using This Link. If you cannot find the app in your store, can you please clarify if you are using a different app store than the German Amazon App Store?

Amazon couldn't help me as the App doesn't seem to be compatible with the Kindle - although it is a special kindle version. I possess the kindle fire HDX, so it's not the latest, but a relatively new one.
Maybe there's a bug in the software?

@fruehstueckchen Unfortunately it appears that this particular app is restricted in your particular country, and is not available for download. I apologize for any difficulties this may cause you. I recommend contacting Amazon Support for further information regarding the restrictions.
