Bonnie Glitch on Xbox 1

I am running into an issue on the Xbox 1 in Bonnie's chapter that is making the rest of the game impassable.

Every time I get into the cornfield and I get up to the part where I need to start dodging the people with the flashlights I am unable to move from one row to another. I try every thinkable combination of left stick and button in order to move to either side to no avail.

I have tried rebooting, restarting my xbox, rewinding the chapter, and using a new save--all with no success.

I didn't have this problem when I played on the 360, but this isn't happening to everyone so I am fearing the worse in terms of response to my issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to move forward by moving the left analog stick up, and when the red arrows appear on either side of the screen, you should be able to tilt the analog stick left or right to move between the corn rows. Please also make sure that when you are starting the game, that you are connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile, in order to receive the latest updates for the game. Also, can you please clarify if you are using an official Xbox One controller?

I was trying that, without a doubt Mike.

I just wanted to say that it took a hard reset of my xbox (removing the power source for a few minutes) and a different Xbox one controller to fix the issue.

Hopefully if anyone else sees this they can avoid the frustration.
