HELP!

Ok so, 1 month ago i finished chapter 1 of the walking dead and i was using all 4 save slots on the game on the game the walking dead so i was playing in those 4 but finished it in the 2nd file so i deleted the 1st 3rd and 4th file.Went to the second file to continue the second chapter and the screen went black and it said "Game not found" and "there is no save file ".I said ok i thought it would probably be that that i haven't bought the chapters(DLC'S).So i downloaded and bought all of the episodes 2 3 4 5 and 6 .And tried if the game will work but it still said game not found and a black screen.IM SO MAD I bought all of the dlcs and still doesnt work.PLEASE HELP.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you have started the game while connected to the internet to ensure you have received the latest update for the game? If not, I recommend doing so. If you have downloaded the latest update available for the game, can you please clarify if you can start a New Game without seeing the black screen?
