Black screen prooblem

I just bought the disc verison of the game a week ago n am on episode 4 season 2

And when i try playin it makes it to previsouly ln the walking dead and goes to the part where bonnie feels bad for lying then boom black screen with music playing....is there any way to get past this?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game while disconnected for the internet, and see if you are able to progress without the black screen occurring. You can also try restarting the episode again, and you should not experience the same issue again.

    I tried that and it still did it and it froze when i tried to start ep3 over again so i deleted the fileand am gunna start from episode 1 and see how itthat works...hopefully it workS
