Can't play season 1
So I purchased Season 1 from the Xbox One Marketplace and had it downloaded to my hard drive. However whenever I try to play it, I'm stuck on the PRESS A screen. I have to restart the game and the console itself but it doesn't seem to do any help. Everything up to this screen works fine, the Telltale logo, the loading screen, even the background sounds on the PRESS A screen work fine, I just cannot start the game!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try disconnecting from the internet, and then start the game again, and see if you are able to successfully get to the main menu. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please try deleting and re-downloading the game from the Xbox Marketplace, and see if the issue is resolved.
I bought a disc copy of the game and am experiencing similar problems, I load up the game and it gets to the press a screen then stops. I have restarted the box, swapped to another game which loaded ok, then tried this game again and it got stuck in the same place.
I have attempted to uninstall the game, however when I click to uninstall nothing happens. Please can you help

Please try starting the game again, and if you experience the freezing, try hard resetting your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, and the console will hard reset. Then try starting the game again, and see if you are then able to successfully access the game's main menu. If you are still experiencing the issue after the hard reset, can you please clarify if you are using the Xbox One's October Preview Beta Dashboard?
Having the exact same issue. Bought the game for Christmas, just downloaded it and when I tried to play it gets stuck on the press A screen. Sound still works and my system is not froze just the game. I have tried the hard reset, and have tried to uninstall and install twice now. I'm using the disk version I bought from best buy, and I have one of the call of duty Xbox ones, if that makes a difference. Please Help! Would like to play the game. I also have season 2 and I have yet to try and see if it works.
Can you please clarify if you have tried the Hard Reset while your Xbox is on the frozen screen? Also, can you please clarify if you are able to start the game if you are disconnected from the internet?
