Pack 2/5 & 400 days don't relaunch with my ipad

I bought on the app blind the complete pack of the season 1 the walking dead. While I finished the episode 3 on my iPad the game jammed and I had as solution only to reinstall the game but there I have no more access to the episodes of the complete pack, we ask me to re-pay! I nevertheless followed your recommendation which you posted on the forum !
Please finding me a solution !

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread on our forums, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK.
