Android app crashes..please hlp..

i started playing n i cant get past the very first load screen. just as bigby is going up the stairs in the beginning of the game..the app shuts down..
can you please hlp me fix this..thank u for ur time
my android device is a LG volt..android 4.4..... 1.2
quad core....if there is any more info u need please feel free to email me..thnk u

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
