Walking Dead Season 1 complains saying I need to purchase

Hi,
I installed The Walking Dead on my laptop, and it won't start saying that i need to purchase the game. I connected to my Telltale account and confirmed that I indeed purchased the game a couple of months ago. What do I need to do?

I'm using Windows 7 on my laptop.
