cannot install episode 2

Hi! When episode 2 is downloaded I cannot install it. When I'm in main menu and I choose option 'play' it's showing me that episode 2 is still to download. What to do? Please help. Thanks PS. Sorry for my bad english

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what Android device you are currently playing the game, and what Android OS you are currently running on the device?

  • I've got Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 with Android 4.1.2. I have no problem to download and install episode 3 but episode 2 is problem. Thanks for any kind of help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, and the delayed response. Unfortunately your device is currently running under the minimum system requirements to play the game successfully. Where our game requires a minimum GPU of a Mali 600, your current device uses a Mali 400. The game will run on your device but you may experience issues with the game application such as these. I recommend playing on a device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for a refund request.

    Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
