Horrible Crashes!
I really am loving this game so far, so much so that I bought a pass. Now I'm regretting that. The game crashes when loading certain items that were spawned based on choices (examples, what Dee had on him if you brought him in) and when loading scenes, so I have to replay THE WHOLE SCENE! This is very annoying, and is making mme really angry. Mike, (since I assume you patrol these forums) I am on the LG G3 and have tried:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and any other applications open in the background, then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
5) Make sure the game application is updated to the latest version.

My apologies, can you please clarify what you mean by 'crashes when loading certain items that were spawned based on choices'? Are you crashing when loading a save file? When you say replay the whole scene, do you mean the whole Episode, or the whole Chapter within the Episode? Can you please clarify what OS version you are currently running on your device?
By 'crashes when loading certain items that were spawned based on choices' I mean things such as Dum's items that were found on him, in contrast to if you brought Woodsman in. No, it does not crash when loading a save file. The scene as in the last point where it says "saving." I'm running Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
The same trouble on Xperia Ultra Z, last official update with android 4.4.4.
Crashes seemed to be due Out of Memory error while loading new scene to render. Some times it happens after saving and you just restart current scene what annoying, sometimes it happens before save and does not repeats after replaying the full chapter. But now I issued crash that repeats all the time and doesnt leave me a chance to go through chapter in 2nd episode (chapter in Open Arms motel).
I really hope it will be fixed in short time, because I bought a full pass and really love the game.
Oh also, I'm using the VS985 Verizon Model.

The team is aware of the issue, and we are currently working on locating the root cause. Unfortunately at this time I do not have any new updates on the issue.
I have the same problem, BTW. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, Model SM-G9006V
I'm having crash issues with Episode 4 on my Kindle Fire. I can make my selection for episode 4 and then it will try to load but then return me to the kindle home screen. Any help you could provide would be awesome! I'm loving the game so far.
Please try following the steps in This Article on how to make sure to have closed any and all apps running in the background that may be causing the crashes on your Kindle device.
