Can't switch save file.

in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - Vita Support

I am on chapter 5 and whenever I try to switch save files the game freezes. I have tried to switch from the main menu and by hitting square in the play/choose chapter menu.

    My apologies, can you possibly take a screenshot of what you see when accessing your Save Files menu? Does it become stuck, and you are unable to access your saves?

    Alt text There is the screenshot, I even tried deleting and redownloading the game. It just stays stuck like that, the background wind noise keeps going but nothing happens.

    Thank you for providing the screenshot. This appears to be a similar issue to what some PS3 players are experiencing. We are currently looking further into the root cause of the issue. We hope to have a resolution in the near future. Unfortunately at this time, the only workaround is to upload your saves to the Playstation Online Storage/Cloud if you have the option to, and start a new game, or delete and reinstall the game, and start a new game in Season Two. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you, as we look further into the issue.
