    can an admin please look at this file and advice me on what to do ? while playing the screen turns white and you can still hear the dialog but can not interact with the game. Then it says that the game is no longer responding and shuts off.

    I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. After looking over your Support Tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your computer is currently running at 466mb of dedicated memory. Your computer uses an integrated Intel graphics card, which we do not recommend using for our game, as they tend to run under minimum specs. I recommend either trying to update your current graphics card's drivers to the latest version, and see if you are able to play, or try playing the game on a computer above minimum system requirements if you have the ability to.

    You can also try changing the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.

  • OK I Admin. Listen here I got the same probleme at the bonfire it crashes to white screen. Know I have win 7 with 8gb of mem, a nvidia card gt540m with 1 gb mem. Never had a single problem with Episode 1. During game play in episode 2 this problem persist troughout the game 1 to 5. I know the problem does not come from me, and i don't see why will creating the 2nd episode things would have changed since it's the same type of graphs in the game. so check your game, cause some one srewed up in the code, revisite coding in game one. Oh by the way I am well disapointed from the interaction in the game could have mutch more interaction in it like first episode. I feel like watching a movie, don't get me wrong the story line is great but interaction is disapointing. Never forget 1 unhapies customer bring 10 with hive that aint good for buiness :) Get this fix and fast. plz
