    You should check out the trailer, you'll see he isn't really alive, but there's a hologram that looks like him and speaks in his voice. Gearbox themselves said that Jack is dead, so we won't be seeing him in person.

    I think it will either be an A.I that has Jack's personality or an Echo recording that plays a role in the story. But I am glad that he still makes an appearance.

    Jack is the best character by far.

    He is finally playable in Borderlands: The Pre Sequel... His doppelganger atleast.. ;D
