Walking Dead Season 2-5 Episodes & 400 days downloads ERROR
I bought a multi-pack with 2-5 Episodes and 400 days with $20. But I cannot download any of them! Always showed 0% progress. Could you make your download server works? How can I do ? I've tired a lot of different WIFI locations and turn off my Iphone and other app. But none of them works.
Could you return my money back? How can you guys develop a game with so bad experience? I was prepare to buy the Season 2. I won't never buy it!
Please give me a answer!

I paid for what you have promised. But I didn't get that. If you don't figure out a way or return my money. I have to ask for legal help. Hope that won't happen at last.
Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download Episodes 2-5 and 400 Days.
If you are still unable to download them, can you please clarify what iOS device you are currently using, and what iOS version it is currently updated to? (iOS6/iOS7/iOS8?)
