Black characters and puzzle

I've just bought the other episodes, as ep 1 was working just fine.
Then I got to episode 2 and wtf.

The screenshots might look fine on my pc, but on my tablet the characters, the body on the table, the puzzle are ALL BLACK. Even when I pump it up to max brightness, I can't see a thing.
How can I solve an all-black puzzle? HOW?
The screenshots are from 4-11 but I checked back today and it's still black.

I am very dissapointed that I just bought something I really liked and I can't get any further because of some stupid bug.

Any explanation/fix for this?

I apologize for the inconvenience, and the delayed response. Unfortunately your device is currently running under the minimum system requirements to play the game successfully. Where our game requires a minimum GPU of a PowerVR SGX544, your current device uses a PowerVR SGX540. The game will run on your device but you may experience performance issues such as missing textures like this. I recommend playing on a device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for a refund request.

  • What about for a Galaxy S5 (SM-G9006V) running Android 4.4.2?

Your device should be able to play the game successfully. Can you please clarify if you have updated the game to the latest version? If you have, and you are still experiencing the issue, below are a few more potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
