Episode 2 not showing up after buying and installing

Hi, ages ago I bought TWD S1E1 on my US account, but that account is no longer used and for a few months now we've been playing on our UK account for all games and purchases. I decided to download episode 2 today as I recently got around to finishing episode 1, but the purchase for ep2 was made through the UK store. The ep downloaded, installed, but then the icon disappeared. When I load up the game, every episode is shown as 'coming soon' except for episode 1. Even though I've completed episode 1, when I try to play episode 2, it still just says 'coming soon' instead of acknowledging I've bought it.

I've even tried redownloading episode 2 but it still won't work. Is there a way to sort this out without repurchasing or messing around with the US account that we don't use anymore?

EDIT: To clarify, the US account shows purchase history of episode 1 (& not ep 2), whereas the UK account shows purchase history of episode 2 (& not ep 1). Yet episode 1 is playable on both accounts. I've never had this problem with TWAU (of which I've completed all 5 episodes; all purchased on the UK account), so I'm hoping something can be done about TWD without money being wasted.

(And on a less important note, but still frustrating, I've never been able to see the results of my choices at the end of episode 1. They're all just blank red bars with no writing. Is this fixable?)

    I apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately episodes purchased from different regions are incompatible with each other. You will need to purchase the episodes/Season Pass of the game from the same region in order to be able to play through the game on the same account, whether it be UK or US.
