Question about European Vita Release

Just a quick question really.

I'm finding conflicting information on the web regarding the European Vita release of TWAU.

A physical vita copy of the game should be available in Europe from the 5th or 7th of November. But anywhere I look (even amazon.co.uk) doesn't have a vita version for TWAU in Europe.
I also didn't see it in any stores. And weirdly enough, I can't even find TWAU on PSN for Vita.

Anyone knows, if there is going to be a physical release for TWAU in Europe and when will the PSN release be out?
